This advice is intended to significantly reduce construction costs within a reasonable range, all while maintaining the client\u2019s quality expectations. Although most design and construction firms have the capacity within their own organisations to cover this area, the internal capacities are not comparable to the resources of a consulting firm with demonstrated professional capabilities.
